Yup! I've spent a lot of hours in front of one of those.

Yep. The State Parks section run a lot of them to mow the picnic areas and road sides with. Usually run the Fords back then. Would replace the flails every spring.

Yup. AKA a "Mott" mower. Ran one all summer the year I worked at the state park by my house
