Going out after the tree in the corn field I got caught by the game camera. Yes I knew it was there, but to avoid it I would have to have moved my truck so I could use the driveway.
This drive way works just fine, even the deer like it.

Out going. Set the time back one hour. I have not reset the camera once we droped the stinking day lite saveings time.

In coming, Odd it got the front part of the tractor this time. 12 miles round trip cut up two trees and loaded in trailer and a seprate pile of about one face coard of fire wood.

I said the deer like that driveway too.

As you could see by the New years eve last tractor picture the snow is gone and we were once again plunged back into mud season.

For some reason those game cams will do that. I have 5 out most of the time and it varies between them. Distance don't seem to be a factor. Only thing I can come up with is the ground speed of the target. Seems the faster moving target will trigger quicker but that is more of a guess than anything.

I think the most interesting photo I've gotten is a cat carrying a mouse. You have to look close to see it in this low light photo. Was taken in the building where most of the tractors are stored. I like wild farm cats.
Date and time are not correct.

I don't know about the Revenant what ever that is but I have had my dad say I keep pulling bone head stunts.

Walking a mile one way and another back isn't a big deal. In fact is is good for you.

NOT when your pushing 80 with one bad knee and the other been replaced already. Cams are not out along a road or drive of any kind. Level would help but it isn't that way. Nope, not going to happen especially with 10" of snow on the ground.

I have two replaced knees both are titainum now. But I am only 72 so gewt around better than most 60 year oldsw since I've walked all my life a lot.

Don't watch new movies. If they are not around 40 to 50 year old they don't normaly get on TV Air channels I can watch.

I saw PT 109 recently, and in Harms way too.

I want to see The Reverent. Have to try and find it some place. I'v read several e-books this winter on fur trapping from St. Louis West and NW. We don't watch many movies on TV as most are junk stuff. Like the Alaska, the Last Frontier, Building Alaska, Mountain Men, Moonshiners, etc. Seldom miss the older country shows on RFD TV on Saturday nights.

Used the 2 WD 4 wheeler and pulled all the game cams a couple days ago. Got to them all and back home. Only problem was scratching back up up the creek crossing back. Wasn't sure I was going to make it first run. Had close to 200 pics and a dozen vids off 4 cams. 1 pic of a Bob Cat, which is kind of rare to see or get photos of in these parts. See tracks but not them.

No Bobcats here, but there are quite a few Lynx, depending on the stage of the rabbit cycle. There are a few wolves passing through now on their winter two week circuit, going by the tracks I see.
