    Right Angle Drill Attachment

If you want to see a vintage one that doesn't fit in tight spots, I have it! It's stronger than my drills!

    Small impact drivers = urgghhhh

Same here...use daily, even hourly, but sensitive items get hand tools.

    Long time no post

Last Cub I bought, about 15 to 20 years ago, I paid $125. It was 100% there but not running.

    MTD 990 hydro issues

The 990 I used to have was a 72 or 73 and it had the hole also, but wasn't cracked.

What did you do with your tractor today?

If no splits in the paper it should be OK, as it's held snug at the base, so the wiggle in it's shape won't matter.

    MTD 990 hydro issues

I'm almost certain you have a loose transmission/rear end. When I bought my JD430 it acted identical to yours. On uphills it acted as it should, but on flats to uneven ground the speed would constantly change, from almost a stall to putting me back in the seat. But it will be worse...

    And more junk.

When I dropped my landline phone the cost was around $38 a month, BUT my bill only went down $5! Ripoff for sure!

What did you do with your tractor today?

Used Kubota BX to push snow off driveways before it gets packed into ice.

    MTD 990 hydro issues

Check that the hydro/rear end is tight in the frame. Sounds just like my John Deere 430 did. Frame was all cracked where axle tube's bolted to frame, but where the cracks were you couldn't see them. Then I put a crowbar on Trans near diveshaft and I could rock the whole drive train. On...

I Guess Me And The Hydro Are Famous In Another Magazine Photo Contest

My goodness Eric, the article paints you and your tractor as a pair of rebels! The writer certainly has imagination! Again, congrats!

My stand alone shower sure needs some of those anti-slip stickies. I installed the shower a good 8+ years ago and have never slipped UNTIL last week, but just that, a slip...no fall. So think I'll order some right now, before one of us do slip and fall!

Doug, my last fridge purchase required me to cut my cabinet above also. But now the fridge top serves as the bottom of the cabinet. Just cut the bottom clean out, then cut off the bottom of doors for clearance!

    Whoops

It's still here! Amazingly nothing is frozen up. All screws move, and the knob turns easily to adjust the one carbon arc holder in and out. Need some new carbon rods and it'll be ready to use!

    Whoops

Dad's old carbon arc set should still be in our original small shop building unless someone walked off with it. I'm gonna go check in a few minutes and if there still, it comes to my current shop.

I always wanted one back in their hayday, but back then I didn't have money for one. Not so much into wood crafts now, but love working with metal.

For Sale 1957 Wisconsin TF part out

O have a couple of those old engines too. Luckily the THD that I shoehorned into a Bush Hog JBI has electric start. I haven't started it in at least 6 to 8 years so I need to fire it up soon. It was running perfect, but the extra long throttle cable frooze up and I parked it and never found...
