I’d say tire chains or atv tires of some type will help big time in the snow

The number on the side makes me think maybe someone did it up to race?
If so, the pulleys might have been changed to give it more top end. If you're going to work with it, you're probably have to change them back to stock sizes. It may not be altered though, I'm just looking at the number 23.
