Several weeks back, our local club (who is trying to get going again following the mayhem of the last two and a half years) tried to do a road ride and reorganizational meeting
We were able to have the meeting, but the road ride was a wash. Literally.
It rained an inch and a half in about 3.5 hours.
Anyways, we had our tractors already for the ride and decided why not have one of our own. We invited my Daughter, son-in-law, and Grandson, my daughter's in-laws, Ryan, Loran, my Mom, some neighbors, and Lil ole me.
For the road ride portion, we got very few pictures but there were six tractors and my mom on her golf cart loaded on the trailer behind my 81. In the passenger seat of the golf cart was my grandson and my daughter's mother-in-law
We took about a 35 minute road ride on the dirt roads near the farm. Then we got to the woods entrance and some of the participants opted for garden tractors instead of big tractors to go through the trail
We took about a 45 minute trail and field ride and then had a cookout to follow. Perfect 72° day with lots of sun, friends, tractors, smiles, and fun.
