I was given this walk behind with a sicle bar by my father in law. I was a little late to get the cultvator that went on it how ever.
Has a 3 HP Briggs on it that runs but need a part for the carb I have been unable to find.
I have been think of getting. a 3 HP horzontal engine from Habor Freight for it.

I have 3 of the 212cc engines two are Hemi's and one isn't. They are all on seasonal stuff, snow blower, wood splitter and a chipper shredder and start easy when needed after setting for several months.

Check craigslist. Those 3hp harbir freight motors came on those Chinese minibikes. Almost everyone takes them off. I gave away 3 of them.
 
About like this but not so many guards on it.
