Bush hog flail mower and York rake purchases

Good find! I’ve never seen the flail mower, but I think the York rake is pretty common, and I don’t remember ever reading anything bad about it!
 
Yup the summer that I worked as temp at the state park we ran 8 foot versions of the Mott mower. I was mowing down by the boat launch and some unknown visitor had knocked down the end bolster for the cable fence that bordered the parking lot, and the weeds were rather tall that mowing, and the tail on the cable was longer than I thought it would be, and I got caught up in the cable
It was a pain to get untangled.

2 days ago I went to a tractor show and someone had a 4 foot tow behind version powered by an 8hp Briggs I/C
Clean unit, asking price was$300 which I didn't think was that bad at all
