Been making pickles now for a month and salads every night are getting tough to find something different. Garden was going all out hard core until the rains hit....... weeks of rain are ruining the tomatoes and peppers along with the cabbage too. I'm getting tired of this rain ruining tomatoes so I am going to plant everything under a high tunnel! That's it ! Kiss my can mother nature I will take matters too hand! My large green house has all my salad stuff in it and is doing just fine and my grape tomatoes taste better from the greenhouse than they do from the garden? Didn't think that was possible? Also every thing in the green house is perfect! No blems or critters chewing things up.
I just hope corn will grow in side it, but no big deal if it doesn't it doesn't seem to mind the rains.
