Massey Ferguson plow. Plow match this weekend. So needed to fix the points. These points are not that old and only used at plow matches, one a year, and plowed one 10 acre field with a few other guys just for fun. Wear out quick. Each point was 55 dollars about 5 years ago.
So I have got some suck back under the point. The not fixed one would want to lift the plow out of the ground.
Now remember. I’m not an engineer or a trained welder. Please be easy on me. Hehe. Used a 7014 rod. I really have no idea if that’s good or not. But I believe it’s stronger than a 6013 or so.
I cut up small pieces of an old mower blade for filler.
