So many are to lazy to do that. The see my No tresspassing signs and do it any way. I thought the signs were for somer else.

The county DA lives not far from me. One day he was walking on his property and found a deer stand. He took it down. A few weeks later his neighbor came to his house and asked if he had seen the stand. He asked where it had been, and the neighbor told him. He said it was his property. The guy said ,"but you don't use it." The guy did not get it back.
