Got to play in the Snow Today

We weren't expecting this much snow and thought it would be wetter. The last predictions were for 2"-4" and we ended up with 6"-7" when I measured it around 4:00 AM. It had settled 1"-2" by the time I got the blower out. Had to thaw the throttle cable on the tractor and give it a jump start but then it work fine. Shot a few pics and video. Here are some pics and I will get the video up as soon as I edit and upload.

Hello,
I responded to an old post of yours on Garden Tractor Talk, but since you've just posted here, I figured I'd ask here too!

Anyway, I have basically the same setup, and I'm having some trouble mounting up the belt transfer frame to the underside of my GT6000... And since it looks like you have the same tractor and the same snowblower, I was wondering if you would mind sending some photos of the sides/underside of this setup when she's all put together for the winter season...

Also, if you could share the model number you have for your blower, mine was sold as a craftsman, and the manuals I'm finding for this model number have different brackets in the parts listing, and I'm not sure if they're meant for a GT6000 compatible unit, or for a smaller rig.

The plow/chains/wheel weights/weighted tire fill work pretty well, but I can only knock back the snow banks so far, and I miss the blower some days.
I appreciate any help you can share!

My blower is a MTD model # 190-621. It has a one piece frame and we had to make some modifications to mount it to this tractor. Here are a few of the pieces we made or modified. I had a full thread on this on mytractorforum.com that you can look up in the link below.

Found this video showing how the front mount works.

That. Is. Awesome.
Unfortunately I guess that I got a little too excited, because my setup is a two piece deal, so the speed reduction pulley assembly is separate. Easier to store I guess, but your setup looks like it would take longer to remove the mower deck than it does to mount the blower...
I guess I'll add 'welding on snowblower brackets' to my summer to-do list...
Thanks for your help, sir!
