I have a friend that needs a little case help

He just bought this 155 case and tried to put the mower deck on it. He's wondering what he is missing and any leads on getting one.

Looks like he needs two carriage bolts and the bracket off a small muffler clamp.
 
He is needing 2 brackets which bolt on the tractor frame where the 2 holes are behind the front axle. Part numbers are C12218 and C12219. I was able to get both from Barnveldimplement.com, one was new and one was used. I was told they are getting more difficult to find. They are the same for the case 195 tractor.
