I know you all have at least one, and here's mine: a Pramac S5000 with a Subaru/Robin 9HP gas engine.
Used exclusively for power cuts, powering a fridge/freezer, some outlets, and the well pump.
Considering I've had this thing for ~15 years, I am SURPRISED how little hours it has accumulated (only 51hrs)....I'd have thought it would have many more hours than that by now. I guess the power outages never lasted too long!
It's only pull-start, but has never failed me so far.
Just did another oil change on it, tested it, and got it ready for an [almost] inevitable power outage this winter....

I also have a 5000 watt and a Sears 1100 watt powered by a small Techumseh.
 
Thanks for starting this topic. I’ve been gunna get my big generator out to service it. It’s a whopper, 1000 watt , 4 hp. Hehe. Got it for free years ago. Any way gotta drain old fuel out and give it a check over. Saved me once a few years ago. Power out for days. It kept the fridge going. I have propane fireplaces for heat and propane cook stove in the basement.

No pics handy, but I have a few generators. One PTO 35KW, two 5,500 watt, one 3,500 watt, then my Lincoln 150 gas welder/generator. The PTO unit powered the dairy, and small generators powered our 3 homes. I also have an old 4,500 watt unit, but hasn't ran in years.
 
Had this one for 20 years (remember Y2K the whole world was going to go black).
These are pictures of a post I made a year or so go when I added LED lights on it.. I think its a Coleman 5500w, 11h.p. Briggs.

Onan welder generator 3500 watts 115V ac or 200 amps dc weld
The old Winco has powered my 300 amp Lincoln invertec welder all day with no problems. Now that I have the Onan portable I won't have to do that again.

Made in China Whisper Quiet (ha) air cooled diesel gen/welder, of the 8,000 watt variety. The welding leads I have for it are 175’ long.
 
I forgot my twin cylinder Army lighting generator. Haven't ran it in several years. After getting the engine running, I had to work in the generator portion to get it producing power. Can't remember what it took to get it powering out.
 
Trouble with my old 5K military unit with the two cylinder overhead valve engine is it doesn't seem to care if you are using the entire 5K or running a 100 watt bulb it burns about 1.75 gallon per hour.

I have a 700 watt chinese special 2 stroke that works good for most power tools cause it's super light, a 1600 watt HF 4 stroke and my old Hobart welder puts out 3000 watts 120/240v.
