In line Spark Tester

MNGB had recommended this tester to someone awhile back. I had already been looking at it and had it in my Amazon cart so I ordered on Thursday and it came today. It looks like a nice one and should be handy. Thanks Gary !

Is it easy to see the spark in the light? Couple different ones I have had were so dime could hardly see them, then the bulb burned out. Have a NAPA one now - plug shaped but removed the rinky dink ground clip off and put a grounding wire on . Can go to the engine, frame or battery to see if there may be a grounding issue.

Easy to see spark with this, even a weak one.

I bought a cheap version years ago and it never worked. After you posted this I dug it out and took it part. Found a faulty spot, fixed it and it now works! It's a wonder I hadn't tossed it and more a wonder I found it!

I have (had) a couple of those cheaper ones too. Bulb blew out on both of them.

The one listed is something like $11's. Scroll on down the page and seen 3 for $12. Didnt really look if they're the same but still only a buck more for 2 more. Don't make sense does it ?
