Model #1gxd100ejbb120802 that has no brakes. The caliper, pads, and rotor work like they should, but the wheels do not stop. I am.guessing there is something broken in the transaxle?? Anyone know?

Yes looks just like that. When I step on the pedal that little rotor gets stopped, but not the tires.
I will check tomorrow if I think about it.
