John Deere 110 Restoration

Fenders wet sanded with 800 grit, wiped down with rubbing alcohol, and two additional coats of finish applied.
After a few days of drying time, the fenders were again wet sanded, this time with 1000 grit. Wiped again and two more coats of finish applied.
Frame after being wet sanded with 2000 grit paper and the shine brought back with polishing compound and a buffing wheel. This will now be set aside and left to fully cure over the winter months and then come Spring, will be polished with wax and the buffing wheel. Clearness isn't quite there yet, but it'll come around.
That's all that I got finished with this Summer but will post again next Spring when the weather breaks and I can start up again.
Maybe it was said somewhere back but what are you using to spray with ? . And what paint you using ?
P.S. you're pretty good...
I use rattle cans. It's called Tallman Ag Specialty paint. Fade resistant and gives a really nice shine if you put the effort in.

I just bought an old yellow Craftsman made by Sears that needs a full restoration, and I gotta say I find your restoration here and ESPECIALLY you explaining everything step by step VERY useful and inspiring. I never did a full on restoration on a tractor just "touch ups", but I wanna do the exact same thing to my Craftsman that you are doing to your Deere with all the type of grit wet sanding and such. Thank you very much for explaining all the steps so I have something to refer to, now I honestly wanna start my restoration project!!
