John Deere 42C Mower Deck at Auction

Saw this mower deck at the local auction. Put my bid in on it and won. I can pick it up on Monday. This will work on my GT 225's, LX 255, and my LX 277's. One bracket is broken off but will be easy to weld back on. This has the mulch kit installed on it also.

Picked up the mower deck today. When I get a little time I will get the bracket welded on so I can mount it up and give it a test to see if the spindles/idler need bearings.

Pulled the spindles out of the deck and cleaned up the bearings to check them out. All are pretty rough so I ordered some replacements. I think I will do the spindles in the other deck I have at the same time.
