I got this welder used about 20 years ago & never done anything to it but use it. I did this awhile back & seen Kenny's round top project the other day so I thought I would encourage those with these old gems to revive them. All I did was the typical take a part, clean, & inspect for loose connections. I sanded all the paint off then primed with Rust oleum gray & finish coat with Rust oleum Sun Rise Red. This had the factory wheels & single handle. Since I will be putting this under my welding table I will be leaving these off so it will fit.

The face plate had some years of dirt & over spray so I cleaned it with some Dawn dish detergent, warm water & 000 steel wool. Then I sprayed it using Rust oleum clear.

Looks good! Think I'll just enjoy mine as it is. My Dad bought it in 1969 I think! So every time I use it, I think of him! Middle brother had it after Dad passed, so it has family ties!
