Having trouble with my tractor starting then stalling out. have it on a electric fuel pump. Was wonding if that is a good thing or not. Runs fine when it first starts.Then just seams to die like it's starving for air or something.
 
I also had major troubles in the past with a low pressure electric fuel pump on my 1655, I ended rebuilding the original vacuum pump (easy and not expensive) and works #1 since
 
I did a search and they are not CHEAP!

Yes Facet pumps are costly but my experience with them is you'll spend a $100.00 on cheap replacement pumps and the Facet will still be working I have one that been in service for 25 yrs still working, I had some cheap aftermarket ones work good others didn't make 6 months

That is what I find as well.
