Both Case tractors do the same thing. 4 positions. Off, lights and run, run, start.

Yes but it has all the functions you listed and want Its wired thus "I" ignition to the coil + "S" start to the starter solendoid "B" connects to the batery side of the solenoid "A" accessories lights etc "R" connects to the rectifer voltage regulator

No more sparkies. Hehe.
Hopefully taking it to a parade Saturday.
It’s gunna be the ugly duckling amongst the other tractors there. But it works for a living.

If you can’t find the exact replacement you can pull the wires out of the plug and move them around to the proper location on the plug so it corresponds with your switch.

I just bought a 3 pack of those switches from WalMart.ca 80 some bucks for 3 lol.

My wiring diagram is the same as yours and my decal shows four position but these are only three and they work fine. Realistically whether it’s in lights or run it’s the same

So. Son fixed up the melted wires, in the MF 16, and put the old switch back in for now. Switch seems to be alright. But the key hole is worn out and key falls out. So still will be on the hunt for a 4 position ignition switch. Tractor works fine and he has cut all the grass today.
So the switch that is in the tractor is a magneto type and is not original battery type. But it works. Here’s how it’s wired.
