Dug 10 plants, got about 5/6 pounds. Then dig some more. About 10 lbs in total.

Makes me wished I grown some the year. Mom take new potatoes and make cream potatoes out of them.

Robbed four hills of "Sangre" on the weekend and had a feast as well. The spuds were the first I planted, mid May, and about half the size of my fist already. Delicious with real butter and a little fresh dill and chopped chives.
