Photos of your projects

Got this MTD 990 about four years ago. It had sit in a field for years covered with rust but since that's my favorite color I had to have it. Took it all down to bare metal, sand blasted, primed, & painted. The engine ran good once I converted to electronic because of a bent points push rod the cam lobe was damaged.

Love it.....What did you do for the dash board lettering. Is there a decal set for that?

I polished my 990 up today with an SOS pad or 5....knocked a lot of the rust off. I like the patina look, but not too much rust.

Also, how do you like the hand controlled hydro lever?....My other hydros are foot controled, find it easier

Here is the link of my dash decal. Its actually made of vinyl very happy with it. If you do this put small SS washers under your mounting screws. When you tighten the screws without the washers they try to twist the vinyl.

No I don't like the lever. I have a pedal when I get a chance I'm going to convert mine. That's a nice Wizard. It cleaned up well.
