Picked this up Yesterday going to be the winter project

It has a cast iron B&S I think its a model 19 or 23 don't see a data tag on it I got it from my brother he's had it for about 10 years only driven it a couple of times, it has 4 brake drums 2 per side and they are badly worn and I don't know what the transaxle is it has 2 shift levers and both levers have 3 positions it has a regular automotive style clutch. They were made in Pengilly, MN they wer built in the 60's 70's and into the 80's under different names and more HP and the engines changed to Kohlers. The State of MN Forestry had a number of them they used them for a little of every thing including wildfire fighting there very good in the woods in snow and swamps

How does it fit in with the other rangers?
What is its special power?
Does it have the ability to fight off evil-doers... politicians....criminals... politicians....bad guys....politicians...ex-wives??
