Rusty old busted up plow!

A neighbor moved out and I cleaned up and mowed his yard for him. He said to take what ever scrap metal was left for our annual G.T. show.
In the weeds was this rusty old plow that I never knew he had. I brought it home. And it has the exact coulter standard that I was needing last July/August.
My Mocraft tractor haad a plow, but was missing the coulter and standard. I managed to scrounge up a coulter but had to fabricate a standard. Thanks to Propane1 providing me with pictures and measurements I replicated one. All that time exactly what I needed was about a hundred feet away.
I should have taken before pictures but I didn't. I was too busy beating banging and cussing. After a little cussing. Judicious use of a BFH, heating with a torch, and using a 1/2" impact at 120 psi, and just a little more cursing It all came apart. The plow share is well worn and has a chunk out of it, and the moldboard is missing except for a small triangular piece.

I removed the vertical support from the landslide assembly. I may try to attach a plowshare/moldboard assembly to this landslide and reattach the vertical support and reassemble the plow. I may have an extra sears plow that could donate its entire moldboard/land slide/ plowshare assembly after removing its vertical support. I will have to wait until Wednesday evening to know if I will have the Sears plow. A gentleman is buying all my sears stuff in a package deal and I'll "buy back" one of the plows if he is okay with that. Otherwise, I will sell him exactly what we dicussed.

Didn't take enough pictures but yesterday I finally got around to working on this plow. Had to cut off the bolts holding the sleeve hitch adapter. Got the moldboard and share off of the donor plow. Test fit it to the old framework and had to drill one hole. After disassembling and cleaning I got started on painting the parts. Hung them up to cure and waited. Brown paint was leftover from another project and this was a good way to use it up.

This afternoon I started reassembling the plow.
The wife is considering putting some white highlights on it. I suggested barb wire pinstriping,
It does need something.
The last picture is after I put on a coat of wax this evening.
