I never said that I have done this myself just knew of someone who said that he did, that's all.

I agree with Aaron , lawyer said it's a no-no. Selling the tractors was the plan before the "D" word came up, just not that many. Besides that small dollar value was the least of the money issues.

I wouldn't even repeat it. That is potentially a criminal act in the eyes of the court if the future EX's lawyer was cut throat. We've all heard the stories of women selling off their ex's guns, tractors, toys, ect. Men selling their stuff like that as well. But it is seriously a bad move unless your future EX is really stupid.
