Have a couple places on our van I need to get to next spring. Won't be no sheet metal work though. Fix it with a a pray can or it won't get fixed. It's a 200K mile vehicle, NOT a $200K vehicle.

I ran sheet metal through bead roller so as not to have to butt weld the seam. Bent lower seam over with my 30” break so had to use two pieces of tin as the tailgate is 54”
This all started with the tailgate being loose,,the weld nuts had broke loose from body and they act as part of the hinge so new nuts welded in,,,this has been on my bucket list for a couple years,,,,booked the week off so have to accomplish something32046AD1-F65E-4961-BA62-82BF2077629F.jpeg
