We found out about this event that they have in a rural community near us. It's difficult for the kids to do any trick or treating because of how far apart the houses are and how sparse the population is. Hardly makes it worth dressing up or buying a costume for four Snickers bars...
Anyways, all the neighbors drive their tractors to this big field and set up around the outside. All the rural kids from the area come in their costumes and go tractor to tractor doing trick or treat. It's exceptionally cute and a great way for the kids to safely trick or treat.
All the kids were very, very well behaved. Please and thank you, only taking one piece, and eager to explain their costume. A big bowl, a few bags of candy and I brought a few apples just in case some kids didn't want candy. Oddly those were about the first things gone.
I took my Grandpa's TO20 and Loran's MF7. Oh, I took Jameson's little one, too.
