Better yet, some Steve Winwood or Steely Dan or Crosby stills and Nash ....

Or, mix them all in together and toss in some Marshall Tucker Band, Allman Brothers, Skynyrd, Stones, Dylan, The Flatlanders, Lucinda Williams, Chuck Berry, all those old blues guys, and on and on.

I like a wide variety of music in many genres, there's only two kinds of music you know.....

Does anyone here play?

The dune buggy is such a cool car.

Around here everyone was building pipe buggies when I was a kid! Some street legal, but mostly off road toys. The original side by side!

A guy I worked with at the mine had a side business in the 80s to early 90s building custom pipe buggy frames. Guy was one of the best welders I’ve ever met. Just a farm boy welder, no training, but he could make anything.

Most looked like this or similar.

Donnie had pandora 1980s country playing while we worked on his rental house, after about 6 or 8 songs it will do that it started mixing rock and country, someone should just make a 1970s music station. Rock, country, jazz, blues, and all the rest, except rap.

I make my own radio stations on a couple of old ipods. 1950's thru about 1990. Mostly country, bluegrass, folk, southern country rock and some 50's to 70's rock. No disco, no rap, hip hop whatever they call it. Never liked the selections "they" choose on streaming platforms.

I’ve tried to like Pandora and Spotify but still won’t sign up. I have play lists on both but like you said several songs will be good then one will come on so bad I have to stop what I’m doing to skip it. I still use my old iPod Classic that has over 3500 songs playing through an old car stereo.

I have Alexa in the shop and most of the time it's on WSM Nashville, but when I want to hear something else I just tell it to play what I want. I used to be a DJ on a local radio station, WOOP FM,(Woopfm.com) so I have thumb drives with thousands of songs on them. I need to update my shop stereo to one with a USB port then I could use those out there.

I use YouTube music at work. When you start listening to different genres it will start to compile mixes of that genre based on the bands you listen to.

Then it does a super mix that randomly plays all of it.

I’ve found YouTube music to be the best for me. I’ve tried them all. Apple Music was the worst for me.
