Cast iron Kohler question

I dont think that they all were.
with the cost of original Kohler parts and my (probably others' too) aversion to Chinamade anything, I hope that these authentic numbers for alternative to the exact same parts Kohler used in these engines when they were still being made, helps others here too.
 
Informative thread for sure, DT. I have a K321 block that wasn't made for the narrow pan in my MF1450. bolt holes were there for it though. It was for a wide pan but somehow ended up in this tractor. There are "cutouts" on both sides of some blocks that the narrow pan won't cover. Someone before me filled those cutouts with some kind of epoxy putty.

Found that when I overhauled the engine.
