Show Pioneer Acres 2022

Winner in class 6, biggest class we have, was a Minneapolis Moline rebadged as a Massey Ferguson 97, apparantly at some point there was a fire in the MF plant and for 3-4 years they could not build a big tractor so they purchased tractors from Minni Moline and rebadged them

Near the end of the day I spotted this very cool '53 Ford Sedan Delivery

Massey also used rebadged Oliver 99's during the same time. Kind of a foreshadowing for the AGCO company of today.

the announcer had mentioned something about those Olivers also because there was one in the parade... but it wasnt pulling. Back then they were likely the same tractors because Oliver, Cockshutt and Minny were all under one roof so to speak.

Most aspects of the show were still not up to pre covid levels but it was decent turnout.... probably over 400 tractors on site but we have had over 600 at times, not as many transport trucks or horses as Ive seen in the past either. Next year the feature is John Deere so I expect that might be a bigger show.
