The search function is "kinda" working over there now. Took me maybe 5 to 10 minutes to find it.
I tried that and it wouldn't work for me. Thus the "kinda working" search. I just searched "dump bed" under all forums, and had to go through several pages, then finally found it.
That's a beautiful load of potatoes! I love the smell of freshly dug spuds, it's right up there with pulling onions and garlic. There's something about fresh moist dirt and new veggies that spells contentment for me.
I just reread the whole build and realized what a good thing we had going at GTT. Lots of good people and administrators. Glad most of you are here now.
There was a lot of interest in doing a "C" cab and Daniel in particular came up with some super photos that still get my juices flowing. I'm not going to commit to it but I am going to look into doing it again. Maybe make a cardboard mock up to test the idea. I'll start a new thread when that time comes.

You got that dead to rights. Reading the construction thread on the Spud truck got me to thinking about how much fun we had interacting on that forum.
Got a lot of good members here though so that's a big plus. Hope this site is long lived.
Nice load of potatoes Chris. Nice size. I'll be digging my blues in about two weeks. Glad you had no potato bug trouble like I have. Sure takes the fun out of growin taters. I may not grow any next year. I grew a lot less potatoes this year and the bugs still bug me.

No but I will get some for you later today.
Well at home I did not have any potato bugs, all summer. But now I have them. Just started I would say Wednesday of last week. So today I noticed them. I was not around much to check since Wednesday because of the plow match I was at. Strange for them to start so late in the season. But that’s my luck.
Any way dug one plant for supper. 2 lbs of potatoes. I did not plant this plant this year. Had blues planted there last year. So one did not get picked and was there all winter. It was only about 6” from the foundation of the house. It was the first to grow this year.

That is a very nice load!! And I WANT that Cub Truck!!!!! WOW!
I know you won't believe it but I've heard that before. The problem is I want it too. Who knows maybe they'll use it to haul my stuff to the nursing home.
Went to Watertown Iron and Metal along with 3 trailer loads of stuff I was tired of tripping over.
Is that a normal reaction to the shingles shot?
