We had one like that. Not sure the brand though. Just know it was red and had a 27hp kohler on it. When we had our big camp down in WV we used to town it behind a 4 wheeler. It did a fantastic job and it would chop up just about anything.

Plan is to get this completely serviced and tow it as an off set to my 50" Craftsman II (BOH). Should give me around a 106" cut with a 10" over lap between mowers.

Quick update, Part 3 coming soon! Parts have been shipped

While you are servicing everything check your valve specs they are supposed to be checked and adjusted (as needed ) every 100 hours.

Larry, would it work better to have your tow mower offset to the left side rather than the right? Would not be double cutting grass, have less thick cut grass windrows, and not be guessing where to drive as your tractor would cut like you normally would? Just going by what a friend does with the large area he mows with a similar tow behind machine, only a business sign post for obstructions but does highway road banks also.

Thinking of selling this. Just not my bag of Tea. New it runs $5,000.00. I am asking $2,500.00 Does this sound reasonable? Here is the ad I will be posting after a few more spare parts come in.

Sounds good to me. And the way you fixed it up, you sure did a great job. And you have the videos to prove it. I wouldn’t mention the slime thou. But that’s just me.
