Most of mine come from auctions, still see plenty there, I didn't buy any gts last year but I picked up a farmall a, and bought a parts tractor, I've become a lot more picky about what I buy.

So, I went to my Facebook acct. I have Facebook blocked as far as messages. Like I said, never use for anything but entering a site, I have no contacts, friends etc. So it has a list of people i might know and there, top of list is a pic of a surgeon who worked on me 20 years ago. I see her occasionally but no contact. How does Facebook come up with this? Time to line my cap with tinfoil?

I hear ya on that Jazz......Its like you look something up on Amazon or eBay and the next thing you know you are getting ads on Facebook and your email suggesting the same stuff.........It's 1984...big brother knows.

well i recently picked up a mut jd square fender the kid wanted 650 it didnt run wrong motor tried trading him he wanted cash i had 150 was it an he took it so either he knew i was right it wasnt worth what he was asking or knew it wouldnt sell at the price he wanted

When I first tried FB I started getting all kind of junk in my email and on their "messages". Never figured out to how the search, settings and all that stuff was to work. Easiest way was to back out and forget it. Took a month before the junk emails slowed down. Have a guy I know well in town that uses FB exclusively. When I try to check on what he has for sale I get the Market place and all the crap clothes and everything else comes rolling in. Step Daughter lives on FB and the only way she knows how to communicate, that and texting. If she does happen to use the phone and call she won't leave a message and hangs up after 3 rings.

I had a facebook account that was a gag. First logged into it and my first friend suggestions was my wife then my mother..

Similar thing happened to me.
Looking at a tractor and the guy wanted 500.
Told the guy I'd throw a number out of 150.
He took...!

Another big reason I want nothing to do with FB. It loads so much crap on this home unit I have to clean it at least once a day, depending on how much the SO is on.

I have been estranged from my daughter and SIL for several years(looong story) and then FB started sending me all of they're postings. No they still don't know.
