What did you do with your tractor today?

When I ordered that set of points alone they had two sets, one included the cap and rotor. Both of them were for the Satoh and for an International 284. Have not found that tractor in the International History book Carolyn got me at the Fair several years ago. Found out from other sources that International had the 284 made by Komatsu with the Mazda engine, mostly for overseas use. Was assembled in one of the IH plants overseas and not a lot of them ever seen US use. Apparently there was 3 modals made in that series, 284, 285, and 286, all in the compact version.

The 284 also had a Nissan diesel engine option.
The 274 also had the Nissan diesel engine, but was offset model like a Farmall A.

Im going to try for the extended 10 download to keep 10 as long as I can before upgrading to 11.

It really sucks that we are forced to buy new computers when the old one works great. I am putting off buying a new one.

I need to check into that Marty! Thanks for the heads up! Will do a search. XP was still my favorite OS but I got used to 10.

We don't need windows support from MS if we have a reputable computer tech. The one I use is fairly local and does the computer maintenance for 2 of the large banks in Omaha, Ne. I have a used gaming desk top with windows 10. He gets it once a year, issues or not just for a good cleaning and tune up. MS can stick W11 and they know where.

Loaded up the my little yard trailer with firewood, got a fire going. House was 67*, but a nice fire has taken the chill off. Supposed to get frost in the morning so may keep house a little warmer over night.
