Strongland tractor

I don't think there were many produced so what you have is fairly rare. It might even be unique.
In case you don't know: After Speedex failed a new company (Armstrong Tractor) purchased the assets and moved them to Armstrong County, PA. They re-branded the tractors Strongland and targeted the export market. Aside from the normal challenges of that market they made some design errors and quickly were driven back out of business by lawsuits.
The Strongland tractors were based on the large frame Speedex tractors of which the Speedex 1631 was one.
I also have a Speedex 1631, a 1994 with hydraulic 3 point hitch. I love the tractor and would really get use if I had a loader.

There is one keeps showing up on Craigslist in SW Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh). Maybe it's just the beginning of one.

I have one... a 2072. I like it, but parts can be somewhat problematic to find.
The hood probably wasn't tooled and made in a press brake. With low volumes it's hard to recoup tooling costs.
I have the one pictured on the brochure. It was the last Speedex prototype built rebranded to Strongland. It is slightly different than the final product. Were down to about 6 in our collection. Cut & weld low tech with most parts easily sourced and very few castings. Also have the factory files & prints.
Not problematic at all. What parts do you need?
Down to 1 Speedex 1691. Got it from my buddy that worked in the Strongland plant. Still like brand new. Different than the Ohio built 1691's. It was one of just a very few built in Pa. check it out on Stronglandtractor (youtube)
My 1631 weighs 870 lbs. The 2474 is going to be a little heavier, maybe 970 - 1000. Plus the loader.
