According to the 1947 Nebraska Tractor Test belt HP was 9.23 at 1601 RPM. The 1956 test gave 10.39 belt HP at 1800 RPM. Of course those aren't engine HP numbers. They're after losses in the right angle gear box for the belt pulley and anything the belt wastes.
