I remember Cjet repairing a rusted out rim very similar to yours Nick. Think he used another rim as a donor for the patch. He did a neck of a job..

That’s where I got the idea to try fixing it. I still have the other rim that rotted out, and I was going to try cutting a patch out of it, and welding it in.
