Got the "H" running this morning, could be better, but it does run. A new set of points & condenser and it started right up!

Oil pressure is good, but the gauge leaks!
Working on the H a little each day; lights on & working, but not hooked to the switch yet. Oil changed, some leakage problems with the drain plug & filter can, now fixed. Step is on as are tie downs & flag holder. Plenty more to do yet:
That's the hydraulic pump, lines are capped off.
Fedex brought more $$$$ for the "money pit" this morning, from Simple Tire by way of Walmart. Box contains new tubes from another WM seller:
Pulled the hood this morning; needs new temperature gauge, fix oil leak at gauge, cleaned & painted the exhaust pipe & muffler (done), needs all new wiring and sediment bowl:
It is, over dirt, grease & everything, I'm just going to replace it all. Hope I can figure the switch connections out!
That kind of thing really gets to me, when they paint over the data t5ags instruments wiring etc, I figure if you can't take the time to mask it off just leave it as is
I agree! That and folks who paint the tires along with the wheels!
I've been working on the worst rear rim lately, used epoxy putty on the really bad part. Painting today:

Also did some touchup painting this morning. Going to have to wait to start on #2, not sure what the next few days will bring & I need a week to remove the old tire, clean & paint the rim, plus drying time before mounting the new tire.
