Smaller tractors sell well and they can get quite a bit of money for them. I have learned in the past. That you can’t hum and haa about something you find for sale. If you think to long about it, you’ll lose it.

You got that right. My Neighbor was trying to sell a really nice JD 4020 Diesel with a loader for $10,000. No takers. Can't figure for the life of me why no one is interested. None of the Smog stuff and no computer junk to go bad. If that was a 20 to 30hp tractor in that condition for that money it would have been gone in a day. Still makes me shake my head.
I can get you a low boy for 800 with a woods belly mower, but you would have to travel to rockford IL to get it.
We found this true a couple years back with tractors in the 45-55 hp range. Used tractors just weren't coming up for sale so when Dad saw the New Holland Workmaster 55, he jumped on it. He thought he might be paying too much, but we could easily sell the tractor now for quite a bit more money. Prices have gone nuts around here. The local auction has been selling used tractors for double what they used to sell for in this area. I think it's a sellers' market out there these days.

Once a month we run the National CList search for our Yanmar Tractor Owners Group. This was the most recent.
NOTE: it's getting very hard to find good deals anymore on tractors.
Here is a Fredricks UTDA YM2820 in TN. This model has the extra options, 32Hp engine, 28Hp PTO.
Comes with a 6FT brush mower (typically $900+ new today). This seems to be a fair deal for the machine.

I'm looking for JD750 to 970 machines. OR to just find a loader off a JD of those machines to fit mine as the chassis is a JD850/950.
Jerry at JTS equipment in Rochelle has a few loaders. He's also got tractors with loaders on them. JTS equipment 815 561 6596. Hes easiest to get a hold of on Saturday.
Did you notice Tractor Town off the 251 closed and it reopened into something else.
I was using mine today to clear slush off of the drive before the ruts freeze tonight and it snows. Can't tell you how much I like the Hydro. It's so stinkin easy to use. I think you'll be very happy with one when you get it.
I know it closed. Owner said he wanted to retire and got a good offer. I heard he was greatly in debt. All 3 of his shops closed and ther were about 8 semi's picking up his inventory within 2 days of closing.
