What are you currently working on??

If they are not any better than the HF tires and tubes they are not worth a nickle in my book.
Every thing I have with HF tires on it has slime in it to keep air in them. From bicycle tires on the torch cart to the two on the tiller.
While slime does the trick it also eventually ruins the rims if tubeless . Found out the hard way a few times..

Never seen where slime ruin any rims but haven't taken any apart with slime in them.
It also makes a big mess if you do eventually have to take the tire off…
Usually cheaper to replace the whole wheel than to try to fix a leak in one of their tires. Even their tubes seem to leak all over the place.
I think most of the time their smaller wheels leak is due to the 2 piece rims. I think they hire kids to poke pin holes in their tube just before they put them in a tire.

WOW, we ordered the 3 belts off V-Belt Supply on Monday night, 7pm. They arrived this afternoon ! On the order, it said 5-7 business days.

There is another website for Lawn Tractor Wheels.
Two new wheels on rims with tubes for $59 shipped.
We'll see how long it takes for the arrival.

One wheel like this on Amazon was $60, a pair for $115.
After much comparison, the model is a 608 with the G-deck. No idea the year. Possibly early 2000s.

@MFDAC the lady neighbors V-twin in the Murray is the same in this Yard Machines.

You probably mean opposed twin Brett. My GT5000 has a V-Twin.

Got Diana's Murray in the shop today. More on this thread. And more junk.

It needs help but her 2019 battery started it well. Did mow a small area too.

Yes opposing, the terms these days. LOL

We spent 4 hours on it tonight. The work is an improvement, yet it still looks ugly. :D

Not as nice as the Murray.

Finally got around to putting the carb on the Briggs trim mower. 6 pumps on the primer and it fired first pull - then dies. 6 more pumps on the primer bulb, one pull and it ran and stayed running. One more issue solved. Some how over the winter the ram on the jack on my Fisher mower lift got bent. How that happened I will never know as it was sitting on pallets in the machine shed. Brought the jack in to my friend at the welding shop. He was mowing but side he would take a look at it, Mean time looking for a replacement jack, just in case,

Worked on FF24 a little last night. Unhooked the fuel line from pump and let tank drain. I collected almost 2 gals of mostly water, no wonder it wouldn't run. I hung a spare plastic tank on the side to get it running and up where I can work on it. I just had it all apart last year cleaning tank, looks like it needs to come apart again. I think there is plastic chips inside the tank where squirrels chewed the cap off, ugh!

Not planning on doing much this morning. Heavy overcast cold wind and real damp feeling out side. Had a jacket on sitting on the enclosed deck watching the birds. Carolyn has 2 Oriole feeders out with grape jelly plus 2 hummingbird feeders and lots of hybrid Iris. Lot of different birds fighting over eating rights. Feeders out front are just as busy with a wide variety of birds eating off the feeders as well as the ground. Several doves along with small birds that are ground feeders. Had a pair of quail that show up regularly. Couple Fox Squirrel and at least one black Squirrel are seen a couple times a day. A pair of Red Headed Woodpeckers rule the sunflower feeders. When they fly off the Red Bellied Woodpeckers take over and fight the Blue Jays off. Always a lot of activity in the mornings till they all get their fill, then traffic slows down a bit. Always good for 2 or 3 cups of coffee.

Looks like your weather will hit us after Sunday night. So I have nearly 1/5-days of warm and sun to get things done here.
