And more junk.

And we wonder why our junk drawers get full...
You say that like it is a bad thing, Bill---LOL!

Made up a few short cords this morning. Needed one 6-7' long to tie to the leg of the bridge crane to get power to the hoist. Had an 8 footer there but it drags on the floor. Couple more 10-12' and also put a male end on the trouble light that was cut off the cord reel.

Pretty well built on the inside too. The screws are not color coded but the place where the wires insert is.

All of the screws are facing the same direction so they can be tightened without turning the plug.

On the second one I thought maybe these are just pretty but are junk. It felt like I was stripping out all the screws. Dawned on me to look at the little screwdriver I was using. The handle was split!

Finished cords.

The plugs look nice Doug. That’s funny you cranking on the screwdriver.

Speaking of shop space I’m about ready to do a MFDAC and start tossing stuff. I remember awhile back Doug just threw stuff away. It seams like you can’t sell anything and you sure can’t post anything because of so many crazies out there. My biggest problem is not finishing projects. I can remember that was one of several things I liked about our friend Kenny he posted from start to finish and out the door.

I know what your going thru with the cords. Seems like a guy never has enough 6' to 10' cords around. I even have one of those retractable cords with 3 sockets and it seems like I'd rather use a short cord.
Those look like nice cord ends.

I think those ends were a good buy JIm. Obviously the little hobby screwdriver wasn't up to the task---LOL! Boy I wonder what in the heck was wrong with me throwing away stuff? I rarely ever do that!

Kenny was starting a small project he hadn't posted on the forum yet when he died. I had sent him some stickers for it not long before his passing.

He had a "Kensico" garden trailer he was going to restore. He never sent me a full picture of the trailer, just this one of the sticker, and PDF file of the straight on look with dimensions. I did modify the logo slightly to make it more durable, which he was good with.

I often think of what may have happened to that trailer and the rest of his stuff. I would have liked to get that trailer and finish it in his honor. Still miss him for sure.

I still can build a few more cutting off the male ends to whatever length I need, Chris. Plenty of cords around here to do that. Have 1 female and 4 male ends left. Short cords are very handy in a small shop! These ends seem to be better quality than the HF ones to me.
