I got this square fender around the same time last year from Brian. I'm hoping to finish it up this year I still need new belts , grill , hood hardware ,decals and throttle bushing for the carb. Gas tank was rusted out so I had to replace , it was missing the pedal , seat and seat brackets which I replaced on it.

Have a 74 112 also that’s mostly retired now but have been thinking about putting her to snow removal duties with a plow. It wAs just a quick touch up that I got a little carried away with. Very fond of it for some reason it’s just one I enjoy riding around on at shows

Here is a pic or two of my 72 ,110 ,I have the tiller and a blade and the snow blower,The snow blower isnt correct it is a fabricobbled one that actually works on it,This tractor works its butt off for me and is my favorite tractor in my little collection,I commercially mow with this every week approx 14 hrs a week working on 3 seasons now with just general maint and oil changes with only 2 break downs,1 was an Idler pulley and I had to replace 1 belt so far,It tills gardens all over town in the spring and fall and it mows like crazy all summer (Its my go to machine for the cemetery) and it plows snow all winter. She still runs like brand new! The first pic is when I just picked her up and the next one is this spring tilling this springPTDC0001.JPGPTDC0130.JPG

The 110 is a fantastic tractor!

John deere 110 flat fender was the first Garden tractor my dad bought. Before that we always had sears and MTD stuff.

I was riding home from kindergarten and I seen it for sale along the side of the road, when I was riding home from school on the bus. This would of been around 1989. I told him I seen a cool green tractor for sale. He went the next day and bought it. He cut grass with it till 1993 when he bought the first cub 128(which still cuts grass today). It was parked, and sold a few years later.

We had a round fender a few years ago that was supposed to be a restoration project. It was complete, deck, blower, plow, tiller with it. A guy randomly stopped by and made us an offer we just couldn't refuse.

Found a grill for it so that one more thing off the check list. I think I need to put a thin layer of rtv on the fuel pump gasket it. I replaced the gasket but it still leaking oil around it.

Yup it’s E-bay people throw it up to see what will stick. Those panels with or without headlights have been climbing steadily. Unfortunate for those of us who need them
