Even if I replaced them?

Simply get the right bulb from a Stihl dealer and get it running. Those bulbs are not a one fits all item.

Update:

Well, I bought a new bulb off ebay today. It’s the one I originally posted about in post #64, this one here…. NEW WALBRO PRIMER BULB FITS STIHL FS36/FS40/FS44 TRIMMERS | eBay. We tried fixing the old one, but the black parts won’t snap back into place because of the lip. Anyways, I will let everyone know when the new bulb arrives at my house and when I put it in….
