What are you currently working on??

I use the white filters that are the same shape as the red ones. Seem to work good. My Case 224 would not run with a paper filter, put one of the white filters on, works fine now. The Case is not gravity feed. Tank is under the seat.

Freezing temps gone it was time to hook the chicken watering cups back up. We’ve been using these for 5 years now with good results. I repurposed a 7 gallon cooler for a reservoir. It keeps them watered for little over a week without refilling.

Carol wanted to convert this old floor lamp to a back porch lamp using some led solar yard lights. It ended up a bigger project than I thought. I had to cut the old bulb sockets out to slide a plastic tube over to hold the lamps.

This one was an old table lamp that she keeps on the front porch table.

Got a little garden in and the corner and gate post drove. When we put the onion plants in will put the fence up to keep those darn rabbits out. Made 3 passes with the small tiller on Tuesday. Yesterday morning that area was covered with rabbit tracks. Little devils are just waiting for me to plant something for them to eat. Wrong !!

I had to replace a belt on my tiller today. I have a love hate relationship with this. The thing is a beast, it’ll turn up rocks as big as a football and goes without stalling or slipping but it’s getting hard to handle because it’s so heavy.

My PolanPro 900 tiller lost drive function while in operation. Removing the left wheel and the shroud cover, it looked very similar to your belt and 3 pulleys. All looked find. I was puzzled. Then started the engine and noticed the simple keyed collar retainer wasn't spinning on the shaft. The setscrew fell out! Got a setscrew and it all works now.

I feel you pain as well. The machines are beasts when it's working. The smaller parts like setscrews and linkage pins for FD-F-N-R tend to break. I've had to find stronger replacesments.

About 1/2 completed with a ROPS brace to mount the toolbox behind the seat. Got the parts all painted tonight.

This is how the old box looked in the fall. It's now painted red to match. The bridge bar will be ready Sunday to mount everything. Only issue is rain in the forecast.

When you say bridge bar would that be similar to a tool bar where different attachments could be used like a furrow, disc, or a breaker bar.

Nope, just a bridge bar to hold the tool box between the two ROPs beams.

It's sort of like this setup, but for the tool box. See the bridge-bar for the wired basket to mount.

I want mine behind the seat for EZ access. Plus this is where the Yanmar and Deere OE setup for the tool boxes sit as well. Mine would have the OE look in general terms.

Yanmar has 2 tool box sizes, this is the small one.

And the same toolbox in JD green for those Yanmar made JD siblings,

Yanmar has them behind the seat like this F/FX series,

I have had some pieces of steel sitting around for some time. 2" thick wall square tubing welded to 3" c channel. Now that I may have a use for the c-channel I needed to separate them. 16 welds, 10 cut off wheels, and 1 HF 4 1/2" angle grinder later I had four pieces of 8&1/2' steel. Now all I have to do is clean it.

Can you return that grinder to see if they will let you upgrade to the Hercules. I had to return two of the dark blue ones within less than a year. I’ve had two Hercules and worked them hard for three years now with no problems.

Today's steel prices I think it was well worth burning up a grinder and using the wheels to get some usable steel! Both the channel and the square tubing are very useful! I have to move some junk around one of these days to get at a 14' piece of 5" channel. Got some ideas to use some of it for.

Picked these up this morning, like new. Seller said his dad removed from a zero turn cause they tore up his yard.
Carlisle HD field Trax 24x12x12 for $60/pair.
not sure what I'm going to do with them; thinking of the Sears GT18 hydro when I get working on it.

Been playing around with making some extensions for my Sears sub-Cat 0 attachments to be used behind my Craftsman FF24 with hydro lift. First try was my 3pt rotospader. Worked good, but the cover over the PTO is in the way and I need to figure out an extension as you can see in the video, it needs it badly as tiller tilts forward when it grabs.
I made my extensions out of some 1/2" pipe and cat 0 5/8" pins.
