1934 Chevy Coupe

The steel wrapped wooden bodies GM used is the biggest reason I stay away from them. I'm not a wood worker and don't enjoy it.
Funny that Chrysler was one of the first to go all steel bodies but ran wooden wheels for years afterwards.

I have it on the road doing test drives and breaking in the front suspension so I can get it aligned. I am not putting on the fenders or running boards. Linda gets in and out much easier this way and we both like the looks of it. Still have a lot of little things to do but at least we can drive it now. I definitely need to assess the tire sizes and wheels.

Hood on. And the side panels. And fenders front and back. That’s just me. Also hood on, fenders on and no side panels. That would look good too. Just the hood and rear fenders would be good too. Lots of ways.
