Did you bring your cat back inside did she do okay to be back home. Thanks for the idea with the magnetic food tray. I use a jar lid with peanut butter and marshmallows to bait my raccoon trap. I screwed the jar lid to the floor and have to spread the bait with a spoon or my finger, makes a big mess. Using your idea I can bait it in the house and just set it inside.
We still haven't caught our cat. Been catching the rest of the neighborhood cats, but not ours. She just shows up on the videos now and then. Glad I posted something that may be of help, Jim!
We have had good luck with our home-made deer repellant. Called Sorry Deer. Will last for couple weeks unless we get rain or a wet snow. Cheap to make also.
1 - Egg
½ - cup milk
1 - tbl. cooking oil
1 - tbl dish soap
1 - gal water.
Sounds like it might be worth a try, Roger, Thanks!
Shoot yourself a Coyote and put part of it in each tree. End of problem.
Don't think I need rotting flesh hanging in trees 30 feet from the house Chris---LOL!
Got some shop time today! Felt good. Helped Loree do some arranging for Christmas, since our daughter will be here some time tomorrow. Had to get the spare room ready. It becomes a catch all.
Ran the '72 GMC out to tinker with the windmill again! Think I have things straightened out enough to prep it for paint.
The platform straightened out better than I expected. Was hoping that I wouldn't have to cut the bolts to work on it!
Then it was time to try to straighten out the bent and twisted parts of the tower. Thankfully the leds didn't get bent.
That should be ok for what it is. Decided the weather head pivot needed a grease zirk. Drilled and tapped it for a 1/4-28 fitting and used a 90* one.
Drilled it out with a 1/2" drill bit and the weather head slid right in and swivels nice.
Then I did 50 pages of scanning for the Black Hills Speedway Hall of Fame FB page. That's about half way.
Was nice to do stuff not Christmas or cat related---LOL!
