What are you currently working on??

Well today I readied the 67 round fender known as “The Dog” for sale.
A project that will not be completed any time soon so the tri rib skinny fronts and ribbed rear tires and a few other things were removed for entry into the fold. This is the one that my brother and fit an old WH shorter front axle on that is still on and actually still looks good with the regular front tires.
I will be posting on Craigslist sometime soon as we have a busy week. Hate to see it go but there comes a time to move on to other wants and needs.

I had winch issues on my Sears back when I needed it for snow plowing :( I found a brand new harness so I rigged it up to a battery, what do you know, both winches worked fine  So Saturday I mounted the better one back on the Sears, wires it up and it worked. Not sure what the problem was, but I am thinking I some corroded connectors as I cleaned them all pretty well this go around. Of course, we are done with snow, but I plan on making some sort of weight hanger for Daniel's plow day so it will get used.

Servicing a friend's White LT1650 mower. This thing must be made by whomever made the low end JD box store mowers, same crappy designs on things. The main drive belt is practically hidden up under frame, I could only imagine what would have to be removed to get it out, glad it's fine.
He complained of sloppy steering, it has plastic bushings everywhere, all are either worn out or have splits in them, hope I can still get them or I may look for brass inserts.

I'm messing with a JD 316. It's rough. Had to get a new ignition switch and replace both the fuse holders. But maybe I'll get it going later this spring.

They spring back to life pretty quickly after some maintenance. After putting the time in on them you tend to get attached to them like their one of your kids.

This has the 16 HP Onan. Think the starter need bushings and the throttle shaft is frozen in place!

Definitely close
I went back and looked at the pics.
You may be right but what about that foot board? Luckily a good friend
found me the correct body to replace it.
