What are you currently working on??

Last rummage nightmare (sale) we had I put a 5 gallon heavy glass water bottle in it for 5 bucks. Guy down the road said he would give me 2 bucks. Pissed me off as it was cheap already for what it was. I told him I will fill it with water, put it on a fence post and blast it with my 12ga and get more than 5 bucks worth of fun. He got mad and left. Came back later and gave my wife the 5 bucks for it. I'm not good enough of a people person to deal with the morons. Advertise the sale for 8am and they are beating on the door at 6am, wondering why the sale hasn't started! Sorry, had to vent a bit---LOL!

The stuff I thought would leave outta here in the first hour 2 days ago is still here ... Crickets.
Nobody even asking about... Drills saws grinders from the 1960s to the 80s... Stuff that will still be working when today's Horror freight/ box store crap is burnt out and tossed.. not a soul is interested.
Got a Lincoln tombstone out here, the good one with both AC and DC polarity and again crickets. Was my birthday present from dad when I turned 18/39 years ago.

Guess this is best place to put this......

Alan (MH81) says hi. I told him to stop over, but he said life is pretty busy to get back onto forums and such. He posts on our Sears Suburban FB group maybe every 6 months so he's not on social media much.
Tell him hi back, Marty. I texted him a while back but never got a reply.

Took the battery out of the neighbor lady's Murray today after getting back from running around in town with Loree. Looked in and smelled the gas and it still seems like it might be ok. Checked the oil and it was clean but a bit overfull. Are these opposed I/C-B/S two cylinders pretty good engines? Never had one before. I know the single cylinder I/C's were tough engines. Seems like the tires still have air but didn't take a pressure gauge. She said it ran last summer but I don't remember it moving for a couple years. Put the battery on trickle charge and it seems to be taking it. Will let it charge overnight. She must have gotten the battery at Runnings. Dated 2019 with an engraver. Thats what they do here at that store.

I think it must be a hydro since it says "automatic".

The tractor doesn't really seem to be in too bad of shape. If I can get it started I will bring it over to my shop blow it off and check it out better. Don't really want to do it in those weeds---LOL!
