Nice lineup Nick! I didn’t know you plowed with your quad, and I thought you had a different colored truck?
Thanks. I just got the quad running and started using it this year. More on that here if you didn’t see it: 2 free quads. And yes, my truck is black. This one is actually my dad’s, although I drive it a lot more than he does.

I am really liking this tractor.
A freind from the next town north stopped by. He had just acquired a cub cadret 1450. He did not want the mower deck and told me if I came and got it I could have it and the hanger bracket free!
Plus while he was there I made him a good deal on a pair of 26x12x12 tires and rims.
Brother and I went yesterday abd loaded it in the back of my pick up. Today I used this tractor to unload and place it on my lift table.
Only thing better would be for the wife to do all the hook ups and unhooking, so I could stay seated on the tractor.
I remember at work we had a crane operator and a hooker who did all the work. Job title was “Hooker”. He took a lot of ribbing .
Not going to tell the wife she needs to be a hooker.

You must have a good back and neck, Rick! I would have to have a fender to put my hand on to help turn myself in the seat far enough to see to back up to things! I have to do that with the crane and other attachments I built for the MF1450. I would need a hooker that can turn the crank as well since I put a boat winch on my crane---LOL!I am really liking this tractor.

Had 5 bags of kernel corn to bring in the basement for the multi fuel stove. Wind has been out of the WNW and would have taken the door off the basement entrance. This morning was the time to do it, ground froze yet and win in the SE. Fired the Sotah up, drove to the basement door and carted 5 bags down one at a time. Loaded some stuff in the bucket and dropped it off at the storage container on the way by. Tractor is back i the shed again.
I much prefer the lifting etc. with the loader up front where I can see it all the time. Like Doug, have to much trouble turning around looking back to back up to things. For several years had an older Ford 3 pt. mounted boom I used the heck out of. Very handy till the neck and body got stiff.

Repaired the hood disc emblems,
They looked like this after the refurb in 2014.
Peeling and flaking over the years,
Got the dead bugs out from behind,
Cleaned up,
Looking like OE once again,
Did both sides.
Then my brother tells me to make it in 3D CAD for future replacements,
Uploaded to our YTOG site. Made the file editable so others can make their own model number too.
They looked like this after the refurb in 2014.

Might have a lucrative business there Matt. A long time banker friend, along with his retirement age cousin retired from banking and is making the radio and stereo emblems that used to be on all the sound system back when. Seems the antique car fans want those emblems like the original to add the final details to their car restorations. Selling them on eBay for $8 each and is busy 5 days a week making them to keep up with demand. Don't know the details but knowing Burton first sign of it not working anymore he would bail.
What are you doing with that cub 1450 deck and hanger bracket? I could use that, especially the hanger bracket but the deck could also be put to good usage on another machine I haveI am really liking this tractor.

The 1450 hanger bracket may be available.
Plan on hanging the deck under my Cub Cadet 782. Need to drop the snow plow and see what is missing in order to hang the deck.
Let you know when I get to that point.
Is that an engine hoist, or cherry picker like I think it is? Pretty cool how you decided to do that, I bet it saves your back a ton.
Took the hydro for its first ride of the year tonight, I decided to take a night ride this time. Mainly because I was painting today and it was dark by the time I got to my ride. It feels good to get back out there again….

I forgot. I also decided to see what my nicely painted headlights would look like on my yellow tractor, and I also touched up some paint on it that I messed up when I polished it….
Built that from leftover square tubing.
It is based on scaled down dimensions from my engine hoist.
I have a couple of good(I think) decks but that hanger bracket and the links off of it would definitely help. Let me know, I can make a run your way after work one day.
I wish I had something like that...... I have an old semi 5th wheel piece that was in my yard when I bought the house. I think I'm going to have to use my F150 to get it out of the yard. I think it weighs about 450lbs. It is not light.
