What did you do with your tractor today?

Loaded up the trailer to go to a small, private show (I have to work, but I told the gentleman putting the show together but I would help by bringing something)
Showing belt driven implements, two engines and the Hydro-trac as well as the Roper
None of the engine stuff would be on the trailer without the Roper.IMG_20200624_215952077.jpgIMG_20200624_220033534.jpgIMG_20200624_220021145.jpgIMG_20200624_220004835.jpg

Amazing how often you use a loader! I am so happy I got the 'Ol Cowhand Custom!

Glad you did too Josh! The uses of a loader are endless! I'd bet you've added quite a few hours on the clock already! Yesterday I used the Bota's loader to offload a "non driving" Grasshopper ZTR, then to get it into my shop.
I'll have had it two weeks tomorrow, and it currently has 19 more hours than when I got it! My wife was even impressed enough to tell me to build my tractor shed up close to the house, instead of at the back of the property!

Had grunt out doin some cultivating. And then made some rows with the brinley Plow. And checking the Potato crop.

No Doug. Quiet day. Was out to my daughters and visited. Didn’t say I was coming. That’s the best way. She and her boyfriend are all excited about this new garden they have. So I had to inspect it. Hehe. They have just been together for about six months. Never seen her so happy. She is the type to have bad luck. So when I surprised her at the door, she was all smiles. So happy. So nice to see the happiness. Hopefully it lasts. The young fella seems nice and is a truck driver and likes tractors and equipment. That’s a good thing. Reasonable normal.

Nothing better than seeing your kids happy! Good you went and seen her. Give her your gardening and farming tips for their garden! Our daughter is living with some guy for over a year now that we've never met. Apartment dwellers 350 miles away. He's a UPS driver, divorced and has a special needs son. That is about all I know. She works from home and seems happy, that's what counts I guess.

Today was fairly cool so since I got off work at 2:30, I prepped the tractor and mowed. Was able to mow the ditch out front too, even though it wasn't easy on me or the tractor. Got done with our yard and did the neighbor lady's front yard again. She got a hard hit for the second time this month. Her brother who lived across the street from us died, then 5 days ago her Dad died that lived next door to the brother! Hopefully that's enough tragedy for them for a long time.

MF12G ran great even with some abuse it isn't used to today!

Had the LGT100 Ford, nick name, Grunt, out today for some cultivating and potato hilling. Worked great.

Just a bit of dragging to prep the area around the fire pit. Then hooked up the trailer and mined some sand out of the ditch.

Never let your wife discover you have a chop saw with a diamond blade home from work.
Pavers first thing tomorrow morning.
